Interview
It was a new store opening, so job interview postings were stuck outside the construction site of the store. You had to go to a specified store location dressed in business attire with a copy of resume. It was a group interview followed by a one-on-one interview. After that, the manager called me telling me that I got the job.

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
