The hiring process is you come in when you are set for the interview, you answer 10-15 questions, after that they ask you to demonstrate your ability to sell. That pretty much sums up the interview. If you there were any doubts in your first interview then you will be appointed a second interview by the district manager typically.

Simple and typical hiring process. I was told to apply online. I filled out all the information and took the assessment. Then just waited for a call. We did a video interview and was asked usual questions. Then waited to hear back from them.

I got a quick call from the hiring manager, where the introduced themselves and they asked some screening questions pertaining to who I am as a candidate, it was not super in depth, questions such as "tell me about yourself" "do you live in the area" "what are your hours of availability". Super general and basic questions.
