They were fairly prompt with scheduling the interview and I got a good feeling about the management's competence. There was a brief phone interview followed by an in-person 1:1 technical interview. Interviewer was friendly. The technical interview involved writing code on a whiteboard, which isn't my favorite. Also, there were some issues with the clarity of one of the main interview questions, which I found to be explained poorly. I suppose I should have asked to clarify, and would recommend anyone to make sure you check your understanding of the question. It was really quite misleading.
I didn't receive a call back, which I always find to be a warning sign. They're small and growing and I'm sure it's hard to stay on top of being courteous. Nevertheless, treating your interviewees disrespectfully is never good.
