Applied online, then had a 30 minute phone call with the recruiter. Talked about past experiences, why I would be interested and what I would be doing as an associate software engineer. Then was never contacted again.

Found the position through networking. Interview process included two phone interviews and two onsite interviews, first one with the team and second with members of the executive team. Entire process took 2.5 weeks. Questions were primarily behavioral and situational based.
