Short, sporadic and very dishonest about the true duties required of the position. Lots of random questions about personal life. Not many work specific questions, no transparency. Almost too casual of an interview.

To become an associate, they prefer someone with some college experience and preferably some wine knowledge, but it is not required. If you have a energetic, perky personality, have sales experience, and want to learn about wine, they will like you. Tests are required to be hired and promoted.
