Nothing was clarified during the interview process from the HR. They have no leave policies. Give you half day sick leave per month. Half day pay cut for being just seconds late. HR head is ill mannered. Shouts at employees.

My overall interview experience was extremely disappointing and filled with endless follow-ups. I was called for a face-to-face interview, and although I prefer not to name the recruiter, she initially offered me the position—but only at the same in-hand salary, despite having discussed expectations clearly from the start. After multiple follow-ups from my end, I was eventually informed via a simple text message that the position had been put on hold. The entire process lacked professionalism, empathy, and respect for my time. Zero professionalism!! Seems like they are the only one doing jobs others time is useless.. Not recommended at all,
