Excellent. Very engaging and allowed me to understand the role well. Interview wasn’t too formal and plenty of time for questions. The role was described clearly and everything was well communicated

In the group interview they presented us with the brand values (insatiable curiosity, delightfully inspiring, red hot, smart disruption, heartfelt service and straight-up) and asked us to discuss what we thought they meant as a group. We then had to choose one value that we thought best represented ourselves. Our next task was to design and plan our 'dream gym' as a group before presenting it to the other group. The process finished with a 1:1 interview and I was asked to return the following week for a second, more relaxed interview where they offered me the job.

Group interview - we were around 10 people. We sat all together and presented ourselves, one per time. They asked some questions and after the interview they brought us around, so that we could have seen the gym.
