Two different interviews one from the General Manager and then the Regional Director for the role. The General Manager really got to know me as a person to see what I'm like and my work ethic asking me what I thought about the Virgin Brand. The Regional asked me more technical questions about the revenue line and how I would increase revenue and keep people safe.
