1. Application online 2. Got an email inviting me to an assessment centre a day after completing the online application 3. Assessment Centre was very good- around 15 of us, and it lasted approx. 3 hours. One lady called Jess ran the assessment- she was very good at making us all feel comfortable- with two Sales Managers assessing. We firstly had to stand up and talk about ourselves, our name, why we applied, and then we got asked to decide which cartoon character we could take on holiday and why! We then had a group exercise to do for 15 minutes, where we had to solve a puzzle. Followed by a group presentation. I think the key is to not talk too much and try and dominate the group or control the group in order to stand out ; I think they were looking for a good mixture of leadership and listening skills. During the group presentation, one of the guys in my group talked first and covered the whole topic which was unfair of him- the rest of us pretty much ignored the fact he did that and continued our presentation as planned, otherwise we would have had not much to say! After that, we had 1:1 interviews, mine was with one of the sales managers. It was a very brief informal chat. 2 days later, I got a phone call asking me to go for an interview at one of my preferred clubs and meet one of the sales managers. Standard 1:1 interview, and I had a club tour. The following day I got a call from the regional manager, asking me basic questions ( I had a feeling this was so he could just check that I was a good candidate ) followed quickly by a call from the sales manager I interviewed with offering me the position. Really efficient process, all members of staff that I encountered were great and extremely professional. Very excited to be joining such a professional and well run company.

Process was easy, first telephone interview, then 1 to 1 interview with the Manager. Usual questions, very easy, be prepared to be knowledgeable about the company. Looks like they have young members of stuff, they are very friendly.
