Initial interview with membership manager and then you have an interview with the gym's manager. I feel as though, the way the process was described was unclear. The membership manager who initially interviewed me, implied that if I was invited back for a second stage, then the job was mine, he also kept reiterating he was a straightforward person. He told me the 2nd interview would be casual and was a formality for his manager to meet me. When I came for the 2nd interview, it was very formal and nothing like what he described. I think he was in over his head and was trying to portray himself as more senior than he was, as ultimately, his manager has the final say.

Assessment day then interview, didn't make it to interview. There are a lot of random group tasks throughout the day about 2-3. large group of 8-10 people however only 2 roles were available. They said they would get back to everyone 24-48 hrs but wasn't accurate at all
