After I passed the codility test, I got an interview with an HR. She was the most incompetent and unprofessional HR I have spoken to. First she forgot to call me and took ages to answer my emails. When I finally got to talk to her, she asked me a brainteaser that I actually knew so I felt relieved and explained the whole reasoning. I was confident I would get to the next stage but she explained a few weeks later that my application was unsuccessful because I had made mistakes on the brainteaser. absolute joke

The first round is a coding test administered via Codility (75 minutes, 5 questions). Second round is a phone screen with HR. Third round is a technical interview with a trader. Final round is an IQ test followed by a sequence of interviews.
