The Interview process is very smooth. There are 3 rounds generally.
1) Online Written Test
2) Technical Round
3) PI
Written Test:
Its very easy. All technical multiple choice question and 1 programming.
Multiple choice questions come from Java Basis, Advanced Java (Collections) some from Data Base and very few from Software Engineering.
In the programming question they just check your logic. Even if you are not able to complete or execute it properly but if your logic is correct you are in. (Its better you choose java language for programming)
PI:
1) Did you get any other offer ( I said yes)
2) Then why do you want to join Virtusa (said)

In The technical interview they just asked questions from my resume and whether I have done any Java certification course or not.
Some DB questions were also asked by the interviewer like Indexing, Functions in PL/SQL
The process of the interview was very Easy process and easy to crack the interview only the right preparation matters the skills mentioned your resume and your fundamental matters there
