Interview
I was contacted by an recruiter over linkedin, and was scheduled for L1 round. And L1 round was very easy, interviewer some basic coding questions, Java, Spring and Spring boot. Next day I got message from recruiter says I got selected, and he will schedule an interview for next round. And then he stopped responding to my messages or calls. After 1 week of time, recruiter pinged saying sorry position is closed. They literally gave hopes and I was very disappointed by Virtusa for this bad experiences of interviewing.
Unprofessional and careless attitude by HR. Does not respect candidate time. Candidate shall be informed about any changes in schedule.
Questions were around core, adv java and optimization for microservices
very difficult , it is in ai monitored online virtual assessment, i sat down for 2, 4 hrs for the verbal round, mcq technical round, coding round etc.. so it is very difficult to sit down for 2 to 4 hrs, they give me two 10 mins break.
