I received a detail explanation of the services provided and what my responsibilities might be if I were hired. The interview went smoothly. I was offered a position the same day.

Really personable people. Usually, you talk to an HR generalist first. if you like what you hear and they're interested in your further afterward, they schedule a panel interview with a few of the supervisors.
