Had a phone interview with HR. Was brought in for an interview onsite the following week. Interviewed with the same HR rep, as well as the VP, and three developers of varying levels, all at the same time (1 on 5). The questions were not very technical, they didn't ask me to whiteboard, or answer any very technical questions. Most of the questions involved past experiences and to explain in-depth those experiences.
