Vista Outdoor interview questions

Blind application. 2 weeks later, email, then phone interview with screener. 2 weeks later 3 person panel interview. That was first week of May. Heard nothing, zilch, crickets. What a crappy thing to do.

Call with the recruiter. Went great, they wanted me to advance. Took weeks to get back to me to arrange a call with the hiring manager despite me following up 3 times. No apology. Never heard back after talking to the hiring manager, despite follow up on my end. Even if they are not proceeding with me, at least let me know. Extremely unprofessional communication.
