My vital farms interview was so in depth, I left with no question unanswered. They took time with me and by the time I left I was even more excited to work for this company. I have to add that the facility was the cleanest facility I've stepped foot in and I was extremely impressed!

Question 1
I told them about myself and my experience and I asked me if I had any questions and I had plenty. I was shown a video of what was expected of me (production goals) and Ms H asked how I felt about that and I really felt like I got to know them while I was there.
