Very slow process, initial call with HR then two virtual interviews that were set up several weeks after the initial call. I was told they had to figure things out about the position (which I feel should have been determined before contacting candidates). I thought the two interviews I had went well and followed up with both interviewers and HR, but it wasn't until a month after the second interview that they told me they had an adjustment in the role (whatever that means). I also never heard back from my interviewers, even a thank you, which I felt was rude. I requested additional information from HR about what changed with the role but have not heard back. I saw they reposted the same position recently, which appeared to be pretty much the same as the one I interviewed for. It's fine if they didn't think I was a good fit, but to leave me for WEEKS thinking I was still being considered was awful. Disappointed in a company that supposedly has a great reputation.
