I applied on Indeed and was contacted for an interview pretty quickly. The interview was relatively easy and I was offered the job on the spot. They were very transparent about some of the negative aspects of the role.

• “Describe a time you convinced someone to buy something.”
• “How do you build trust with customers?”
• “Are you comfortable with commission-based or performance-based pay?”
They first called over the phone and said they were interested and then they told me to join a video call interview right after the phone call that was supposed to last 15-20 minutes.
