Vizitech Solutions interview questions

I give 2 interview in vizitech solution company and 3rd round is becoming a founders. I have knowledge of java MATLAB AUTOCAD and basic MSCIT. I have cleared N3 Jlpt .

No hiring process. Only decision making ppl are CEO and COO who live like in 1990 with old thoughts. No aptitude tests etc. Other reviews are fake. Also remember, you will be offered extremely less salary perhaps 30-40% less than what you get now. Its a joke for them.
