      Field Service Technician Interview

      15 Nov 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Edmonton, AB
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Volant (Edmonton, AB) in Nov 2012

      Interview

After applying I was called and a meeting arranged several days later. The meeting was one on one with the operations manager in a very professional and private setting. The interview was polite, concise, and relaxed. I was given an overview of the role and it's responsibilities as well as policies such as D&A testing and its ramifications. Then I was given an opportunity to ask questions. I was not told of the results of the interview at the time but was assured I would be contacted shortly.
