Three Phases :
1. Telephonic interview - Technical Round - Basic questions related to SAP functional processes and scenarios - Subcontracting, Interfaces etc
2. Behavioral Round - Three activities:
a. Group Discussion
b. Role Play
c. Presentation on any of the cost saving projects done in the past.
3. Managerial Round - With CIO, VW India .
