Realizei diversas entrevistas sem receber retorno, e isso é realmente frustrante. Tenho mantido a comunicação educada e profissional, sempre acompanhando o andamento das seleções. Acredito que receber feedback construtivo seria extremamente útil para entender melhor minhas áreas de melhoria.
