Interview
Started through the readysc process. One interview over the phone lasting roughly 5 minutes with ready sc. Roughly 3 weeks later Volvo sent an email to take the Ramsay test. Testing took about 2-3 hours. Once the test is passed you go in for an electrical and mechanical hands on test and a face to face interview with the superintendent and two managers. The face to face interview was laid back and very comfortable. It’s a long process but worth it.

Interview
I was told the phone interview would be 15-30 minutes. I did research on the company, had pre-planned answers to questions...i was prepared and ready to go. I get a call at the expected time from a man that was hard to hear and muttering. He said the interview would take 5 minutes or less. He asked me the first question and i started off talking about my degrees and experience, ect and he cuts me off and says “Obviously you didn’t understand the question. Yes or No only.” Wow. The rest of the questions were all yes or no only. He then at the end said my results would be online within 7 days to view then hung up the phone. They were on there within 5 minutes and said i was not accepted. By far my oddest and worst interview experience for a job i was really wanting.
