Interviewed with two recruiters for a 2:1 interview. They asked basic interview questions like describe yourself, what do you know about the company, what do you know about the position. They also asked two "case" questions. One showing a band aid and a band aid with a corner cut and then asked as a supply manager what your next steps would be after seeing the faulty band aid come off the line. Then they asked me to draw a process diagram for making a cup of coffee and then about expediting, etc. They emphasized questions about team work and leadership.
