Phone only, the questions were easy, they basically wanted to hire me so it was more of an interview if me to them. In some cases it's a bit harder but gore is too nice to give a hard interview. Dress causal and don't discuss difficult issues, play nice and be culturally sensitive. Speak a lot about being a team player and you'll be fine.
