The process is very different from any other I have encountered. I was applying for an IT position and was only asked 2 technical questions during the process. The HR person I dealt with was very pleasant and efficient. Most of the questions and conversations that took place were more of a fuzzy, touchy, feely nature. Given the lack of technical interview, I was left with the feeling that you have to match their image and fit their culture. I didn't see any over weight or over 40 people anywhere during my time on campus. I'm sure there are some, some where, but they must keep them hidden.
