My experience during the recruitment process was very positive, even though I did not get the job. I received the first phone call from the talent acquisition specialist within a reasonable time after sending the application (about one week). He asked me several questions to see if I could fit in with what he was looking for and scheduled a further interview with the hiring manager. The Gore team sent me a detailed email with all the necessary information. They even give you the option to have a test call. During the interview, I felt very comfortable. The hiring manager's questions were appropriate to know more about my experience. The questions focused on my soft skills were directed by the HR person. I felt very comfortable as if I was already part of the team. I was thinking: "I hope I get it." In less than a week, they called me to give me feedback on why I didn't continue in the process, something that very few companies do.
