I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates (Flagstaff, AZ) in Dec 2015
Interview
I was invited to the Flagstaff location for an onsite interview following a phone interview. The phone interview was relaxed and mostly behavioral. The onsite interview was two days long. I flew into Flagstaff and a shuttle transported myself and other applicants to a hotel. Shortly after arriving there was a group dinner with all of the applicants and a few associates. It was non-evaluation and super casual, an awesome opportunity to ask questions. The interviews were the next day and consisted on three 45 minute interviews. There were a lot of technical and behavioral questions. They really want to understand your thought process. They will ask you questions you won't have experience with just to see how you think on your feet. The staff were some of the nicest people I've met and all of the interviews were much more relaxed than I thought they would be. My biggest tip is to just be yourself and be honest, they seem to be very interested in finding people that will mesh with their employees.

Interview
First was a brief phone screen with 1 individual (30 min or less). Next I had another brief phone screen with an individual from HR. Lengthy virtual interview (30 min or less). Lastly, I had a lengthy virtual interview (2 hours) meeting with different teams. Grateful to get the time to meet and chat with different groups but kind of a long time for interviewee.
