Interview
The interview started with an initial electrical skills assessment administered by the talent acquisition representative. Upon completion of the assessment, an in person interview was given by the electrical construction division field management team.

Quick and simple, asked me questions to get to know me better and to understand my skills. Wanted to know if I was okay with flexible hours. Seemed like a great person.
