I applied online. I interviewed at WCAC (Worcester, MA)

The interview was laid back. The director interviewing asked about work background, and talked a lot about Worcester Community Action council itself and about how flexible they are when it comes to the weather and personal issues, etc.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at WCAC (Southbridge, MA) in Oct 2013
Interview
The interview is well-rounded due to having multiple people including a Head Start parent. This allows an opportunity for the interviewer to be objective. It shows how much the program encourages the involvement and sill building of parents within the program. Each person had their own set of interview questions that they ask and went around the room.
