The recruitment team here has absolutely no idea what they are doing. For a Product Manager role, you're asked to do multiple rounds: - deep dive with hiring manager - take home case study - presentation of case study - additional 1-2+ panel interviews with cross-functional stakeholders Radio silence for over a month and the recruiters even ask you to send them a copy of your case study to "have on file". Major red flag here as they likely seem to be trying to get free work from the current job market of applicants. Automated rejection after a month, not even a single human response within that time to follow ups or expectations of decision timeline. Absolutely unprofessional and they do NOT care about the applicants who dedicated hours of preparation, research and interview time. Do NOT apply for a position at Wex. They pay BELOW market rate and seemingly do NOT care about their potential talent.

I was interviewing for a slightly different industry than I'd previously worked in, so they asked questions regarding transferable skills, and if I thought I'd be able to manage the change in industry.
