Group interview with 3 members of management; direct supervisor, indirect supervisor, and company president. Relaxed, conversational. Was more like talking about a job rather than a typical group interview, which did make it seem more relaxed, or that a decision was made before the interview had occurred. The offer came 1 hour after the interview.
