The interview starts with a set of behavioral based questions. They are looking for the following, what was the situation, what did you do in that situation and what was the outcome. Then they will ask some technical questions, such as relatable experience to industrial maintenance, hardest challenge you have ever faced and how you overcame it. Specific details is the key.
