Interview procedure was pretty good, got selected and had accepted the offer. But didn't get confirmation on joining. The very worse that, they had asked me to resign asap for early joining and then the very next day i was told to get retained with my current company because of approvals delay which was expected more time. I did the same way with my current company which led to loose my credibility. Later i was told that on-boarding would happen in mid may, but there were no responses from team. I am surprised, the kind of communications at such level. I feel the team should respect candidate's credibility and professionalism with experienced candidates at least. i would think multiple times before applying such company and suggest others to think through for the same.
