First is a Written test followed by a Face to face interview . The Competency based interviews takes about 45-60 minutes and gives a good understanding on the candidate. It is biased free as the score for the interview is a team average score rather than an individual interviewer score.

Shocking, most unprofessional interview I have ever been subjected to. Totally disrespectful and no courtesy whatsoever. The interviewer actually described the interview as an interrogation, took no notes, answered his mobile phone and didn't even bother to see me out of the building but simply said that I could find my own way out.
