Received an email asking me to schedule a time for a phone interview. Set it up and received email confirming that date and time. When the time came for the interview never received any call. Reached to head talent acquisition manager at company through LinkedIn. Never got response. Thought that was really unprofessional. Reading the reviews that Common practice to blow off people

4 Round of interviews 1- Recruiter 2- Direct Report 3- National Manager 4- ? I made it through 3 rounds within 2 weeks time to feel ghosted for a 4th interview. Throughout this process they would lead me on that they really liked me, my character and qualifications but i found myself having to reach out to them a number of times to schedule the next interview round. After my 3rd interview which IMO went wonderfully- I was ghosted for some time to receive a generic rejection email. I reached out to one of the interviewers for some candid feedback on my performance throughout the interviews and have not heard back. Loved the process, enjoyed the people I interviewed with but I just wish they were more communicative, honest and candid with their candidates. Would have loved to hear what I was lacking in their evaluation to determine their best candidate.
