Very quick. Streamlined. First with HR, then manager, then senior leadership. Easy. Bizarrely, the very first question the manager asked me was to tell them about myself NOT having to do with work.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WYLD in Apr 2026
Interview
applied online, got an email to schedule phone screen about a week later. recruiter was late to the interview and immediately started with compensation - which turned out to be much less than what was mentioned in the listing. She did not sound interested in my background or anything I had to say. I had expressed how excited I was about the opportunity - no response. I asked questions about the company, culture and day to day, and nothing was answered, just mentioned their volunteering work. Then got the email they are passing on me a few days later.
Process was very long. There were multiple rounds with really nice people from the team, and the final interview was with the CFO. The time line given for the process was not stuck to, and interviews were scheduled without consulting me for my schedule.
