Thorough. Two recruiter interviews then four internal interviews and different rounds of questions. First two interviews were over the phone with recruiter. Then a remote interview with the AR Manager, then in person with a Senior A/R analyst, then interview with director of finance, then HR.

How do you solve the sock drawer dilemma?You have a drawer with 10 pairs of black socks and 10 pairs of white socks. How many times do you need to blindly reach inside the drawer and take out a sock, so that you get a matching pair?

Several steps with h r and all directors. very quick and fast in the end. took roughly a month. I was presented to the HR at the end of the process when I only applied online. People were very nice at the interview though busy and focused on other things some times ... Other than that pretty normal.
