They told me to come in for a interview, I talked to the manager & he told me to come back that Thursday to see his district manager. I meet with him & he interviewed me, took my information & told me he going tell the manager to call me, I ain't really receive a call yet!
Easy. Basically you walk in ask if there hiring which everyone is these days. You’ll get hired on spot no interview process at all everyone is so desperate . That’s why people come and go and can’t keep good employees because the good ones are having to do everyone’s work

I waited a while to interview. very unprofessional. Interview late and then was told no positions available. Was referred to a further location. Was given other contact info to other location and never got a call back

Interview
Very easy going, made me feel comfortable. Questions were easy to answer, we even had a few laughs during the process. I'm glad I became an employee. Waffle House was definately a good employment option.
