Asked typical interview questions, and informed on how what it is like working for Waffle House. Interview was help in one of the booths and very simple. Could be done by Unit Manger, District Manager, or ever Division Manager.

I completed the application online and I did a phone's screen as well as a video interview. I got a call to meet with district manager i got the job a week later

The interview process was fast and easy, and I really felt like the manager was a true genuine person. They were kind and friendly and made me feel less nervous about the process.
Sit with the manager. They ask basic questions. Example: Do you have a Criminal history ?, Have you ever worked for Waffle House before ?, What were your prior jobs?
