The interview process with Wagepoint was highly organized and a positive experience overall. It began with an initial interview (1st) with the recruiter, followed by a second video interview (2nd - 1 hour) with the hiring manager and VP of Sales. The final stage (3rd) was a mock live challenge.
Despite the holiday season extending the overall timeline to a few weeks, the turnaround time between each interview was impressively quick. I found the entire process to be fair, engaging, and enjoyable. Although I was not selected, It left me with a very positive impression of the company.
