The manager gave a tour of the facilities and then conducted a private interview in the staff office. The manager seemed discriminatory of my person and my past work experience was not taken seriously. The manager said that the current staff and dog trainers do not have time in their extremely busy schedule to do onboarding training for a new dog trainer. This did not make sense because they are currently hiring a new dog trainer but say they cannot train a new employee at this time and that their staff is too busy. Despite my indepth explanation of my skills and experience in the dog training field I was ignored and told I had little to no experience, this was extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this company, it seems like the work culture and social environment is unhealthy.
