I applied online. I interviewed at Walker Engineering (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Applied on LI, was contacted via phone by Recruiting Coordinator a week later. Interviewed for the role, was asked about comp after hour long interview. Did not hear back for 1 week, so followed up to check in. Received a generic rejection message via LinkedIn shortly after that they are not moving forward with my application. Typically you receive this message if you have not engaged or interviewed directly with the employer.
Overall, their process could use some work to improve the candidate experience. Would also recommend compensation alignment upfront in order to save time for the HR/Recruiting Manager.
