Interview was 3 hour long process. Both round 1 and 2 were coding rounds where in round 1 mainly problem solving was the focus in round 2 coding with respect to Automation was asked.
As A QA obviously round 2 was the more relevant round for the role.
The worst part is, HR does not even bother to give the feedback. Whether it’s positive or negative a feedback is always helpful for a person to grow and the least respect you can give to the person who took the time out for interview from a working day.
