Interviewing with Walmart Global Tech was the single worst and most disrespectful 4 months of my life. After completing the first round interview via Karat, I was instructed to wait a couple of days to schedule my second and final round interview. This email did not come, however, after several weeks I received an email saying there were no more round 2 spots available and to send my availability over email. I did this, many many times. Over the course of 4 months of communication with Walmart Global Tech and nearly 20 messages sent to multiple recruiters both via LinkedIn and Email, not one of my messages got a direct response. They would constantly say they had not received my availability, but I knew this was not true. It was only after messaging my recruiters' coworker via LinkedIn did I receive an email inviting me to the final round interview. The final round interview was fine but my interviewer seemed to have no interest being there. After the three month wait to get to this point, it took one more month to hear back from the worst communicative company I have had the displeasure of working with.
