The interview was fairly quick they asked me a few behavioral question on how i would act upon greeting a customer then they asked me my experience in customer service shortly after that they asked me what days i would be able to work and set me up with a background and drug test to be completely in 48 hours soon after i started the job within a week of hiring process overall i feel like anyone would be able to go through this interview i would mainly be your confidance that will show towards the end.

The entire interview process at Walmart in Southington, CT was extremely easy and stress-free. They had accepted my application almost immediately, it is a very simple process to get hired.
The interview process was very quick and easy! Someone with a customer service background will do well here. Once done you need to authorize your background check and take a drug test - all standard stuff.
