They called me about a day or so after I put in my application. They asked me a few simple "What would you do in this situation" questions. I did a drug test and background check and that was it. They also wanted me to have a food handler's card.

What would you do if a customer came up to you with a question and you didn't know the answer?
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.

Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
