Interview
The interview was fairly simple and commonplace. I was interviewed one on one with my deli supervisor for the first half and then she brought in my area supervisor for the second half. The interview itself was pleasant, I applied for the job, had an interview about a week later and was hired on the spot.

What was something you struggled with at your last job, and how did you overcome it?
The process was pretty easy. I went on careers.walmart.com and applied for basically alot of different roles. I got called back for an interview but it took almost a week. the questions asked where pretty basic and easy.

What kind of hours do I want to work. Can i work overnight?
The interview process was easy and over before I knew it. They asked very basic questions, about things such as prior working experience, any previous food handling experience, times you had to overcome working with someone that was difficult, etc. It was very basic interview questions.

The process was quick and basic, and I was offered a position at the end of the interview. It was a great experience for someone interviewing for the first time.
