Interview
Walmart conducts behavioral interviews relative to competencies of the specific job. You'll typically be reviewed by a panel of 2-3 people. A first interview is typically followed by a second and final interview. Interviewers have a standard interview question list that is consistent for all candidates within the pool they select. They are required to interview 3 candidates for each position in the first round and a narrowing of the field is done for the final interview with the hiring manager (department head) and another manager they choose to assist and evaluate.

Not a very comfortable interview experience Just to not get blacklisted I interviewed for this company but the timings very too much monday to saturday 11-7 and they were saying that we would hire someone who would work for more than 8+ hours
STAR interview conducted. Use examples of how you are able to work with a team and highlight any education or experience that relates to logistics, distribution or transportation logistics, etc.

Very professional and coordinate within the company. Made to feel welcome and very positive experience. Would have liked to have worked in that environment. As they are a well respected technology company.
